The Mannequins

We open our story as a department store is closing. All around are mannequins dressed in the latest fashions. When the lights go out, the mannequins slowly come to life!

They are all content with their “lives”, except for Ellie who wants to know what it’s like in the ‘real world’. Max, the leader of the mannequins, is determined to convince her inside is really the best place to be.

However, things turn strange when one of their own disappears and a faceless stranger enters the fold. What follows is a race against time, a struggle for power, and the desire to know what’s on the other side.
