The Synopsis

Centuries into the future, humanity is a scavenger race. Endora pleads with her people to believe the prophecy of Chosen One - a man who will elad them to a new world - but no one listens. Suddenly, they are attacked by Raffere and his army of reptilian soldiers - the new Masterclass. Raffere captures Carla, Ednora's daughter, but she begs for her freedeom in place of her. At his fahter's insistence, Raffere agrees. Carla is left alone and recalls the promise of the Chosen One, as told by her mother.

Below the earth, Raffere and his father argue why Endora has been spared. Raffere turns to Endora and vents his anger at her. She fights back, and argues a case for humanity. Raffere is not swayed, and vows to continue to wipe out the human race.

Back to Carla; she meets a group of children who are just like her. They celebrate their union, and Carla tells them of the Promise, convincing them that it's true. A vagabond stumbles across them, and the childen are convinced that he is the Saviour. He plays along with them, until Raffere confronts him and beats him to the ground. The Urchins turn on the "hero". Left alone, he considers that, perhaps, he could be someone after all.

Below the earth, enslaved humans work under Raffere's rule, and he shows his father that he is all powerful. Once again they argue, and his father sees in his sons the ruler he was once, making the same mistakes he once made. Leaving the humans to rest for a moment, Endora sees this as a chance to escape, taking several humans with her. Raffere orders their deaths, headed by his father. They are caught, but the Ratfather cannot bring himself to kill Endora, and so leaves her to die in the sun.

The Urchins discover Endora dying, and the hero also comes to her. She reunites her husband with her daughter before she passes away. The Hero resolves in himself to avenge her death, and leads the Urchins back into the undergrounds he once escaped. He rallies the slaves and they fight against Raffere's army. The Hero kills Raffere and the war is won. The humans turn to the Hero and show their belief in him, the Chosen One, and celebrate their new freedom.
